Are You An Emotionally Transgender Leader? (It’s NOT Sexual)

So today I’m going to talk about a subject that I’ve been thinking a lot about.
I had a conversation this morning. A guy asked me for a meeting and I set up a meeting. And he’s looking to set up a mentor, that’s great. I was part of mentoring the men’s movement. I was part of the men’s movement back in the early 90s, and just loved that stuff. The work of, Robert Bly, Robert Gillete, Samten, there were many great, great authors that were doing some really terrific work in the men’s movement. It was a powerful movement with a lot of positive impact. I even ran weekend workshops for men, that were very powerful; very much based on hero’s journey, fantastic stuff. It really felt that we shifted a lot of men and got them connected to themselves.
