Are You Self Aware Enough to Be An Extraordinary Leader?

Self-knowledge, self-awareness and the willingness to question what you hold as true are the critical skill set that will determine how you relate to others. These three factors underpin all that we do and how we relate to those we lead. They are the difference between being a good, great and an extraordinary leader.

Those leaders who fail to recognize that their own thoughts, beliefs, emotions, behaviors and emotions have a domino effect on their team are destined to hit the ceiling for both their own and their organization accomplishments. They will inevitably lose their best people and find themselves blaming others.

While those leaders who have the ongoing commitment to recognize the domino effect of these things will invariably breakthrough the ceiling of self limitation and will go from good to great and on to extraordinary not just for both their own and their organization accomplishments. Their best people become fiercely loyal and as a result they build stronger teams who follow their leadership example. Self-awareness is a success, and fulfilment multiplier that will not only makes you a happier person to be with, it will make you a far better leader.
