Many have the illusion that the process of reaching a place of mastery will make everything peaceful.

Let me be crystal clear, as you move through this path you will be constantly challenged to let go of the familiar, to stand up and fight for yourself, for your heart, your soul and something far bigger than your ego or your comfort (even when it seems like it would be better/easier to keep doing what’s ‘normal’ and or unhealthy).
